house is checked every day to ensure that our standards are met.
In addition to the routine checking, each house is personally inspected
by an owner of the company before it is released for your pre-settlement
walk-through. We are so confident of the quality of our homes that
we automatically contact you to do another complete walk-through
after you have been in the house for 6 months to correct any problems
that may have appeared since you moved in.
